 Midday Supervisor

Post: Midday Supervisor

Contract: Part time, permanent

Work pattern: Part time. 6.25hours per week over five lunchtimes

Salary:  Grade 1

Location: Sutton-on-Trent Primary and Nursey school Church Street, Sutton-on-Trent, NG23 6PD

The Governors of Sutton-on-Trent Primary and Nursery School wish to appoint an excellent and enthusiastic midday supervisor to start as soon as possible.

This post is for five days a week, Mondays to Fridays, between the hours of 11.55 am and 1:10 pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • the care, behaviour management and welfare of students during the lunch break period
  • the supervision of activities and areas and to encourage cooperative play
  • effective communication with class teachers 

We are looking for someone who:-

  • Is committed to ensuring the children have a positive lunchtime experience

Holding a current first aid certificate would be advantageous, as well as an understanding of safeguarding procedures and policies, however training could be provided if needed.
