Upon qualification as a solicitor in 2005 I spent 19 years practising in various areas of the law including Criminal Litigation, Licensing Law and Wills, Trusts and Probate.

In 2022 I was appointed by the Ministry of Justice as a General Visitor.

Why become a governor?  My two children both attend Sutton on Trent Primary School and I am lucky to be surrounded by family and friends who are teachers. As such I have seen first hand the hard work and dedication invested by staff.  I hope to be able to use my legal and professional knowledge to contribute to the successful governance of this lovely school.
